What Oversai Does Not Store

At Oversai, we believe your customers’ data belongs to you—not to us. That’s why we do not store:

  • ❌ Full conversation content from tickets, chats, or calls.

  • ❌ Sensitive customer details (PII, payment data, etc.).

Conversation data may be fetched temporarily to power AI analysis (like sentiment or summarization), but it is never persisted in Oversai’s database.


✅ What Oversai Does Store

Oversai only stores information that’s essential for analytics, QA, and reporting. This includes:

  • QA Results 📝 → Scores, pass/fail status, feedback reasons.

  • Sentiment Analysis Outcomes 😊😐☹️ → AI-generated insights from interactions.

  • Call Transcription 📞✍️ → But only if the transcription was performed using Oversai’s own transcription product.

  • Ticket Metadata 📊 → Such as:

    • Priority (high, medium, low)

    • Status (open, closed, pending)

    • Assignee (which agent handled it)

    • Tags or categories

    • Timestamps (created, updated)

This metadata allows Oversai to build filters, dashboards, and reports that help you spot trends and improve operations—without ever needing to store raw conversation content.
