🔍 What It Is and How to Use It

The Interactions section in Oversai is a powerful tool designed to help you visualize, explore, and validate the interactions we pull from your connected platforms—such as Intercom, Zendesk, Kustomer, and others.

Whether setting up filters, reviewing AI analysis, or diving into call transcripts, this feature offers visibility and control over how Oversai pulls your data.


What is the Interactions view for?

The Interactions view serves multiple important purposes:

  1. Explore interactions from your integrations
    This is the place where you can view all the interactions being synced from your connected systems, such as Intercom, Zendesk, Hubspot, Aircall, and more. It gives you visibility into what Oversai is receiving.

  2. Access call transcripts generated by Oversai
    If you're using voice integrations, Oversai will automatically transcribe your calls. These transcripts will appear in this section, allowing you to read through entire conversations.

  3. Test and preview filters
    Filters in Oversai help you define which interactions are relevant for AI analysis. The Interactions view is a great way to validate that your filters are working as expected. You can see if they are capturing the right interactions based on your configuration.

  4. Track AI analysis and results
    By selecting any interaction, you can check whether it's been processed by Oversai’s products, including:

    • AI Process

    • AI Metrics

    • AI Tagging & Sentiment

    You’ll be able to review the output and results for that specific interaction.


⚙️ How does it work?

  1. Navigation panel
    On the left-hand menu, you’ll find your saved filters. You can also search by interaction ID or locate interactions that have been analyzed by Oversai’s AI tools.


  2. Interaction preview
    Click on any interaction that appears in the list. On the right-hand panel, you’ll see a detailed view of the conversation or transcript.

    At the top of the interaction view, you'll find different tabs showing the results of each AI product that has analyzed the interaction. You can explore each one to better understand how Oversai evaluated that specific case.
