Getting Started with Oversai
1. To begin using Oversai, you’ll need to download the Google Chrome extension. The process is quick and easy. Click the "Add to Chrome" button.
Be sure to click on "Add Extension" to complete the installation.
After adding the extension, you'll receive the following message:
We recommend pinning the extension to your browser for easier access and better visibility.
After installing the extension, head to your natural work environment or CRM.
To view the Oversai floating button, make sure you’re inside a ticket, case, or conversation. You’ll find the button discreetly positioned at the bottom right corner of your screen. It’s designed to stay unobtrusive while you work.
Simply click on the floating button to open it, and the sidebar will expand displaying your "inbox".
